Sx Sláinte (Irish - pronounced “slawn-cha”) provides concise, relevant and shame-free perspectives on sex.

Ireland has a damaging history with sex, pleasure and communication, and a lot of people still don’t get the opportunity to:

  • freely explore what they like and dislike,

  • know how to communicate about sex, respectfully and clearly,

  • be satisfied in their sexual experiences, and

  • be sexually healthy.

Without relevant sex education, things can get more challenging. That’s why Sx Sláinte aims to offer useful information and ideas that will:

  • support your sexual wellbeing, and

  • contribute to positive, evidence-based sexual health discussions in Ireland.
